Our environment is no longer unique in a global community – a small core team is complemented by staff and professional associates working from satellite locations, adding to the capability found in our Johannesburg Operations office (Foundation House) and our Cape Town Accounts Department.

Lisa Ashton
Managing Director
Lisa holds an M.Com degree in Human Resources Management (Industrial Psychology) and is an Industrial psychologist. She has accumulated a wealth of consulting experience from a wide range of Human Resource and Organizational Change projects and interventions.

Piet joined Third Foundation Systems in 1994, prior to the formation of Bioss SA. He is an innovative pragmatist with a philosophical bent, and believes in healthy traditions. His approach is aimed at encouraging reflection and insight, often by challenging mindsets and assumptions.

Rob Solms
Non-Executive Director
Rob joined Third Foundation Systems in 1997 prior to the formation of Bioss SA. After undergoing legal training at the start of his career, he accumulated 25 years of experience in the fields of HR and General Management and acquired several HR, IR, Financial and Management Diplomas prior to joining Bioss SA.

Ruth Pienaar
Business Manager [Core Delivery Team, Johannesburg, SA]
Ruth joined Bioss SA in 2006. She qualified as a social worker at the University of Pretoria and after spending eight years in the field of Social Work, she switched to Human Resources. She is a Human Resources Generalist with extensive experience in HR Management, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Change Management and Human Resources Consulting.

Jacques Haworth

Jacques joined Bioss SA in 1999. He holds a B.Com degree (Hons) in Industrial Psychology and is a registered Psychometrist. For the last 15 years, he has consulted to organizations in a wide range of industries, predominantly in the field of Assessment, Organisational Development, and Talent Management.
