Ester holds a B Mil Hons degree in Industrial Psychology and is currently completing her MA (Industrial Psychology). She has broad experience in the field of Organisational Development and Human Resources Management.
Her areas of specialty include: Change-, Diversity-, Talent-, Performance Management, and Leadership Training. Ester has a special interest in issues of community and organizational transformation.
Understanding the uniqueness of client environments
Ester spends much of her time analyzing and understanding unique client environments, in order to make a real difference to organizations and individuals alike. She is known for her authenticity, drive and passion for her work within the Organisational Development environment.
Ester holds the position of Senior Consultant at Bioss SA and has worked in a wide variety of countries and cultural environments including Iran, Uganda, Mozambique, Swaziland, Namibia and Australia.
The journey
Ester has been a Human Resources and Organisational Development manager within the Financial Services Industry as well as a Captain in the South African National Defence Force where she was involved in integration, transformation and training of soldiers.
