Without leaps of imagination or dreaming, we lose the excitement of possibilities. Dreaming after all is a form of planning. “

Being aware of how to move forward in your career
The purpose of the coaching process is to help clients turn their attention to what is actually happening, focus them on what should be happening, and finally, explore what needs to happen next. It’s about being aware that in order to move ahead at work or in one’s career, there are new skills and/or behaviours that must be developed. At its core, the Transition Coaching process is rooted in Humanistic School of Psychology and is informed by contributions from Stratified Systems Theory, Positive Psychology (the Psychology of the Optimal Experience) and principles of Adult Learning.
Improving individual job effectiveness and satisfaction
The Transition Coaching process offers individuals and organisations an opportunity to improve individual job effectiveness and satisfaction by reducing the time it can take for clients to get up to speed and be productive. Ideally suited to newly appointed team leaders, supervisors or managers, the process can also be used to support the development of high potential employees. At the organisational level this can be applied to Talent Management, Succession Planning, On-boarding / Induction, and Career/Development Planning.
