ASSESSMENT

Any successful integrated approach is supported by a powerful set of online and 1-on-1 assessment tools that enable organisations to evaluate people from different perspectives, depending on required outcomes and by using objective and culture-fair processes.

Technologies include the ability to determine the current level of capability, future growth capacity and style of work of individuals.  This provides an extraordinarily useful means to ensure the best possible fit and thus the most effective contribution of individuals to the organisation. The chances of individuals being under-utilized and frustrated, or being subjected to the damaging stresses of working at a level that exceeds their capability is also minimised.

TRAINING

The Bioss Southern Africa approach to training is based on an indepth understanding of adult learning as well as creating a space for conversation and practical experimentation.

We offer a wide range of Public and In-House training solutions that can be customized and adapted to the need of every client. Workshops are designed to provide participants exposure to the training content through a practical approach in an interactive environment. Course content originates from client needs and is based on best practice approaches discovered through years of consulting experience in a variety of organisational contexts and industries across the world.
