Marlene is the Accounts Manager at BIOSS SA’s Cape Town office. She is responsible for all areas of Finance including monthly and annual management/audit reports and any hoc projects as required from time to time.
Prior to joining BIOSS SA, Marlene worked in various accounting/sales/admin positions in Namibia. In 1998 she relocated to Cape Town and joined BIOSS SA (then Third Foundation Systems) in Muizenberg as a part-time Accounts Assistant. As the company expanded and the workload increased, she accepted a full time position and developed her role in accounting by taking on more functions and additional staff members.
Whilst working for BIOSS SA Marlene also attended night classes and obtained her N6 National Diploma in Financial Management in 2004.
In her spare time Marlene enjoys yoga, outdoor life and nature, traveling and socialising with friends and family.
