Phindi is an Assessment Co-ordinator at BIOSS SA. She joined the company in May 2012 and has gained significant experience in HR, project management and assessments.
In 2007 she was working for a logistics company where she gained a lot of experience in HR/Customer Service and Payroll. She has successfully brought her customer service skills to BIOSS as her assessment role involves a significant amount of client interaction and management.
Her biggest achievement to date at BIOSS SA was working on an extensive project with ± 3000 candidate assessments which needed to be executed within an extremely tight deadline.
Phindile resides in Ekurhuleni, East Rand and is a proud mother of 3 boys and 1 girl. She is currently completing her Diploma in Event Management.
