Ashleigh began working with BIOSS SA in 2014, after two successful years within expatriate and local recruitment for the African Mining Industry. Her initial focus at BIOSS SA was on psychometric assessments and consulting. Ashleigh went on to complete her BComm Masters in Industrial and Organisation Psychology, and continued to focus on her passion for people, business and performance.
Ashleigh is a CPA Practitioner for BIOSS SA and her portfolio of experience extends through selection, Assessments, Job Profiling, Requisite Organisational Structure and Consulting. She is excited by new challenges and gains pride and meaning by seeing individuals and teams understand themselves further and grow to new heights of functioning and success.
