Lee-Anne holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Psychology and is a practicing Industrial Psychologist. She completed a second Masters Degree in Executive Leadership Coaching and has accumulated a wealth of consulting experience from a wide range of large scale Organisational Change projects and Organisational Development interventions.
