Lee-Anne holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Psychology and is a practicing Industrial Psychologist. She completed a second Masters Degree in Executive Leadership Coaching and has accumulated a wealth of consulting experience from a wide range of large scale Organisational Change projects and Organisational Development interventions.

Lee-Anne’s areas of specialty include:

  • Building High Performance Teams,
  • Talent Management and
  • Strategic Change Management.

She has a special interest in enabling leaders to crystallise their vision and build cohesive leadership teams with the ability to implement strategy across the organisation through adopting an inherent values-driven leadership approach.
