Lynne Derman is the innovative and creative founding member of Goldfish Consulting, with offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town. A highly respected executive, with global experience Lynne has over 30 years experience in the Human Resources field. Her Ph.D in Leadership, Performance and Change, was conferred on her in 2008, the topic of her thesis being: Organisational Energy and Individual Wellbeing.
Understanding the real value of Organisational Climate, the main focus of Lynne’s work today is in Assessments, Climate Surveys, Coaching, and Workshops. Lynne continues to publish her work, and is a sought after speaker. In January 2015 Lynne was appointed as an extra-ordinary Lecturer at the University of North West, in the Department of Business Science.
