Refiloe joined BIOSS SA in November 2015 as a Training and Marketing Coordinator.
She holds a B.A Degree in Community and Health Psychology. Over the last 5 years, Refiloe has acquired a broad range of Human Resources experience within the field of talent, performance Management, Recruitment, and Skills development. Over the years Refiloe has worked in sectors including banking and medical aid industry.
She also has special interest in helping disadvantaged kids who are passionate about education, but don’t have the means to pay for their studies. She is also involved with Sparrow Ministries, a home that provides care and comfort to adults and children who have been infected or affected by the HIV/AIDS pandemic.
