Tanja Strangfeld has more than 25 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources and Business Management. She has served in a number of management positions and are Head of a Management Consulting business. Her wide area of experience includes leading international teams on projects in Africa and South Africa, Talent Management, Development and Recruitment Assessment Centres, Organisational Development Interventions and Performance Enhancement. As a trained Business Analyst she has advised on and implemented process improvement processes.
She holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Honours in Counselling Psychology from the University and Business School at Stellenbosch.
