The goal? Project Methodology: Precision and Insight
We used the Engage 360 tool – Bioss SA’s latest, AI-enhanced assessment product- to evaluate leadership across several key competencies. With a total of 213 survey invitations sent out, the project achieved an 87% participation rate, ensuring robust feedback from supervisors, direct reports, and peers.
Upon completion, individual reports were generated, paired with AI-powered personal development plans, followed by one-on-one feedback sessions for all candidates and a final overview delivered to the leadership team.

- High Participation & Positive Sentiment: With scores above 4/5 and an NPS of 23%, leadership satisfaction was strong across the board, with most rater groups offering positive feedback.
