Margaretha is a registered Industrial Psychologist with the HPCSA since 1989 and has 30 years’ experience in both the private and public sector across a multitude of industries spanning the broad field of Organisation Development. She was accredited as a CPA practitioner in 1992. Her engagements as an internal and/ or external consultant in Transport, Insurance, Banking, IT, Engineering and Services industries enabled her to gain extensive knowledge and practical experience in the areas of:
